AIR Tanzania Company Limited (ATCL) has announced the resumption of its scheduled flights between Dar es Salaam and Moscow, effective Monday, September 7, 2026.
In a public notice issued on September 4, 2026, ATCL said the decision follows the completion of a routine risk assessment of the operating environment along the route, conducted in consultation with relevant authorities.“The resumption follows the completion of a routine risk assessment of the operating environment along the route,” ATCL stated.
“ATCL carries out these assessments continuously across our network, and services resume when the assessment supports it.”
According to the airline, bookings are now open for affected flights TC422 and TC423.
Passengers who deferred travel during the suspension period can rebook at no additional cost by contacting the ATCL contact centre via contactcentre@airtanzania.co.tz or +255 748 773 900, or through their travel agent.
Customers who previously received refunds are welcome to make new bookings at the prevailing fares.
ATCL added that it will continue to monitor conditions along the route and across its network, and will take appropriate action should circumstances change.The national carrier thanked customers for their patience and continued trust, saying it looks forward to welcoming passengers back on board.
