The Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority (TCRA) is a member of
Universal Postal Union on behalf of the United Republic of Tanzania. The UPU is
based in BERNE, SWITZRELAND.
TCRA wishes to inform the general public that UPU invites applications from suitably
