World leaders have agreed on a deal that will aim to reverse global deforestation, as part of a billion-dollar package, according to The Guardian.
The Queen’s video address at COP26 leads on the front page of The Times.Her Majesty called on governments to put together an ambitious agreement to tackle climate change.
The Independent leads on India’s climate pledge after Prime Minister Narendra Modi committed to slashing emissions by 1 billion tonnes.
How some of the attendees arrived in Glasgow for COP26 is the focus of the Metro’s front page. According to the newspaper, the likes of Jeff Bezos and Bill Gates flew in on private jets, while US President Joe Biden was accompanied by a 26-car motorcade.
