INDIA:Chinmaya Foundation's My Village My Talent Program Performed at Kuliyana Block of Mayurbhanj District


WITH the aim of identifying rural hidden talent and providing people recognition at the world wide, an international people's enhancement organization for peace and harmony based in Babalpur of Jajpur district of Odisha state the Chinmaya Foundation has organized "International Rural Cultural Festival of Local peoples.

My Village My Talent Program through its cultural enhancement program International Rural Talents Search Mission at Sarpankha- Nuagan of Kuliyana Block of Mayurbhanj District. 
On this occasion, a Changu procession started from the beginning & end of the village and reached the "Sanskriti Hat" in the middle place of the village. Later, traditional dance songs of the tribals were performed. 
In the second phase of the convocation meeting and award ceremony as the Chief guest,Founder and International Chairperson Mr. Chinmaya Dash spoke about the hidden talents of the rural areas of the world and how folk art, art, literature, culture, tradition can be connected globally and is a means to bind the entire world into one family. He commented on the locally to globally relationship through ethnic cultural development. 

On this occasion, certificates were distributed to the artists from different areas like Sarpankha Nuagaon, Sahari, Faliadiha, Dangar Sahi, Dakhariastiya, Shukhua Poda, Raitolia, Tikayatpur, Tangashol, Koili Suta, Badatalia, Ambua, Kendugadi etc. , those who are participated in the program. Mr. Basudev Rana, Prabhakar Naik, Birkishore Naik, Dehuri Gautam Naik, Sanat Kumar Naik, Sachi Das, Bhagaban Naik & others are cooperated in this program.
