Tume ya Madini ina jukumu la kutoa bei elekezi za madini kulingana na hali ya masoko ya madini husika ndani na nje ya nchi, kwa ajili ya tathmini na uthaminishaji wa madini pamoja na ukokotoaji wa mrabaha.
Bei hizi zitaanza kutumika kuanzia Jumatatu, tarehe 1 Aprili, 2024.
Pamoja na kutambua bei hizo, ni muhimu kuzingatia yafutayo (Mining Commission is mandated to produce indicative prices of minerals with reference to prevailing local and international markets for the purpose of assessment and valuation of minerals and assessment of royalty. Commission is hereby publishing indicative prices for selected minerals produced in Tanzania Mainland. These prices are applicable effectively from Monday 1st April,2024.
Hereinafter, kindly take note of the following);
(a) Mrabaha unatozwa kwa bei zinazojumuisha gharama zote hadi kufikia sehemu ya mauzo
(Payments to the Government such as royalty, clearance and inspection fee are based on the gross value at the point of sale);
(b) Bei elekezi za madini ya dhahabu zitaoneshwa katika vibao kwa maandishi makubwa katika masoko husika (Indicative prices for precious minerals such as gold are displayed on the boards of respective mineral markets prevailing both local & international markets);
(c) Bei elekezi za madini pia zinaweza kutegemea ankara za malipo zilizowasilishwa Tume ya Madini (Indicatives prices for minerals may depend on invoice submitted to Mining Commission).
