CHINMAYA Foundation’s ongoing social service initiative,Mission Amruta Hastam has completed 2,346 consecutive days of service.
As part of the mission, relief materials were distributed to flood-affected residents and animals in Matiakan village of Binjharpur block and Auri panchayat, Jajpur district.
Senior Divyang Social Worker and senior member of CHINMAYA Foundation, Shreekshetra Sahoo, led the relief drive. He distributed dry food packets to families impacted by the floods and coordinated rescue efforts for domestic animals stranded in floodwaters.
He was supported by volunteers Mrutyunjaya Jena, Nabaghan Jena, Jyoti Prakash Jena and other members of the foundation.
Speaking on the occasion, Sahoo reaffirmed the Foundation’s commitment to continuous humanitarian service, especially during natural disasters.
Mission Amruta Hastam was launched by CHINMAYA Foundation to provide daily social service to communities in need across the region.
