CULTURAL awakening can move a person away from crime. "It's about building a person's character and bringing social and cultural development from the region to the World. 

The greatness of our Indian culture is known all over the world,"many guests are said in the 8th annual function of the Dolphin Dance School and Group at Biju Market Complex Field of Mangalpur . 
Which School is an enhancement Program of International People's Enhancement Organization for Peace and Harmon the Chinmay Foundation. 

In it's eighth annual festival was chaired by Founding Chairman of the Chinmaya Foundation, Mr.Chinmaya Dash. Director of the Dance Group Master Mihir Kumar delivered a keynote address on the organization's purpose and approach. 

The Youth Social Activist and Organizer, Mr.Deepak Kumar Barik inagurate the event to lighting the diya and cutting the ribbon . 
As the chief guest of the meeting the play wrighter, social activist and ophthalmologist, Dr. Rajkishor Panda, as the Chief speaker Professer Dr. Harish Chandra Panda.

In that cultural meeting Saint Nilu Baba,Social worker Mr. Chakradhar Behera, Artist Mr. Shashikant Panda, Senior Environmentalist and Actor Mr. Suresh Chandra Das, Sinior Play Writer, actor & Professor Bharat Chandra Behera , Social Worker Mr. Bharat Chandra Das, Dance Director Mr. Shuvendu Lenka, Educationalist Mr. Shuvendu Kumar Mohapatra were attending as the distinguished guest. 
Many jatra artist, album artist, serial and film stars from all corners of Odisha attended the event program. 

Talented individuals were honored for their outstanding contributions in various fields of society. 

Mr. Devendra Shatapathy, Jyotishkar Ray, Swadhin Nayak, Dhirendra Mallick, Laxmidhar Sahu, Partha Nayak, Ranjan Kumar Mallick and others are contributed to the event.
