President of United Republic of Tanzania, Dr Samia Suluhu Hassan endorsed former Foreign Affairs Minister, Ambassador Liberata Mulamula in the election of Secretary General of the Commonwealth Secretariat. Dr Samia believes that Amb Mulamula’s experience in diplomatic matters will have a great contribution in strengthening the relationship between Tanzania and the commonwealth community.
