In a statement, President Mnangagwa commended President-elect Hassan for her win, noting that her election reflects the trust and confidence the people of Tanzania have placed in her visionary leadership and the policies of her party, Chama Cha Mapinduzi.The Zimbabwean leader expressed his commitment to fostering even stronger relations between Zimbabwe and Tanzania, emphasizing the importance of deepening the longstanding bonds of friendship, solidarity, and cooperation between the two nations.
Tanzania's elections concluded with a decisive victory for the ruling Chama Cha Mapinduzi party, which secured a commanding win at the polls.
