Tanzania’s Softnet and Comoros Sign MoU to Boost Digital Skills and Infrastructure

MORONI-The Embassy of Tanzania facilitated a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Softnet Technologies Comores and ANADEN, the Comoros’ digital development agency, to strengthen human capital, improve digital infrastructure, and enhance the national development index.
The MoU was signed by Mr. Maharage Chande (Softnet) and Mr. Mouinou Ahamada (ANADEN). Commenting on the partnership, Mr. Chande said:

“We want Softnet Technologies Comores and ANADEN to become the centre of excellence for digital transformation in Francophone Africa.”
The collaboration will train local professionals, transfer technical skills, and ensure that Comorian technicians, engineers, and ICT experts can independently implement and maintain digital projects, promoting sustainability and local ownership.

Through this strategic partnership, Softnet’s regional expertise and ANADEN’s institutional leadership will strengthen the Union of the Comoros’ digital infrastructure and accelerate national digital transformation.
