YOUNG Africans Sports Club (Yanga SC) has continued to dominate the standings of the NBC Premier League for the 2025/2026 season after collecting 32 points from 12 matches played.

According to the latest league table, Young Africans have demonstrated remarkable form, winning 10 matches and drawing two without suffering a single defeat. The team has scored 30 goals while conceding only two, making it the most dominant side in the competition so far.
Second place is occupied by JKT Tanzania with 28 points from 17 matches, having recorded seven wins, seven draws and three losses.
In third position is Azam FC with 24 points from 12 matches, level on points with Simba SC, which sits in fourth place after playing 11 matches.
Other teams in the top half of the table include Pamba Jiji FC with 24 points from 15 matches, followed by Namungo FC, Dodoma Jiji FC and Mtibwa Sugar, all tied on 21 points.
In mid-table, Singida Black Stars sits ninth with 19 points, followed by Mashujaa FC with 17 points and TRA United SC with 16 points.
Meanwhile, Coastal Union and Fountain Gate FC occupy the 12th and 13th positions respectively, each with 15 points.
At the bottom of the table, Mbeya City FC and Tanzania Prisons both have 13 points, while KMC FC remains at the bottom with eight points from 16 matches.
