DAR-H.E. Lazarus Chakwera, Former President of Malawi and Special Envoy of the Commonwealth Secretary-General, H.E. Shirley Ayorkor Botchwey, arrived in the country on April 8, 2026, for an official working visit.
Upon arrival at Julius Nyerere International Airport, he was received by the Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs and East African Cooperation, Hon. Dr. Ngwaru Maghembe.
