STOCKHOLM-Ambassador of the United Republic of Tanzania to Sweden, H.E. Swahiba H. Mndeme, has officially presented her Letters of Credence to His Majesty King Carl XVI Gustaf of Sweden during a special ceremony held on 22nd May, 2026, at the Royal Palace in Stockholm.
The diplomatic ceremony signifies the official commencement of Ambassador Swahiba’s duties as Representative of the United Republic of Tanzania to the Kingdom of Sweden.
It further marks a new chapter in strengthening the longstanding, friendly diplomatic relations between Tanzania and Sweden.
