Dodoma Regional Commissioner Rosemary Senyamule has directed the Dodoma City Director and all district council directors in the region to fast-track land allocation processes, saying timely access to land is essential for attracting investment and accelerating economic growth.
She said councils must improve the delivery of land related services to create a conducive environment for investors and wananchi seeking land for development.

Speaking on Wednesday during the launch of the offices of Landmax Real Estate Company Limited in Dodoma, Ms Senyamule said the private sector remains a key partner in the country’s development agenda and should be supported through efficient land administration.
She said Tanzania’s Development Vision 2050 envisages the private sector contributing 70 per cent of the economy, while the public sector accounts for the remaining 30 per cent, making close collaboration between government institutions and private investors essential.
