DAR-The Tanzania International Arbitration Centre (TIAC) in collaboration with the Ministry of Constitutional and Legal Affairs, Office of the Solicitor General and Tanganyika Law Society (TLS) will host the Tanzania Commercial Disputes Resolution Week & Summit 2026 from Monday 28th September to Friday 2nd October, 2026 in Dar es Salaam.
The five-day event will be held under the theme: "Building Confidence in ADR: Enhancing Efficiency, Accessibility, and Innovation in Commercial Dispute Resolution."
The summit aims to strengthen Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms in Tanzania and position the country as a preferred hub for commercial dispute resolution in the region.
