Consciousness-driven literature is timeless and establishes human values: Opinions of many speakers at the 22nd Anniversary of Mrugatandra Odiya Magazine


THE 22nd annual celebration and launch ceremony of the literary Magazine Mrugathandra has been held in the premises of the local hotel Bhimsen Palace on Jajpur Road. 
In the meeting held under the chairmanship of Pdt.Dr. Akshaya Kumar Dash, whereas Additional District Collector of Kalinganagar Mr. Santosh Kumar Mishra joined as the chief guest and discussed the significance and importance of motherhood and expressed the opinion that literature composed on the basis of consciousness is timeless and establishes human values.

As the Chief Speaker Mr. Ghana Parida discussed the state of literature and advised the new generation to create better quality literature. 

As the honorable guest the Keonjhar district member of Odisha Sahitya Academy Poet Pinaki Mishra addressed the meeting and discussed the trends of poetry in recent times.

The meeting was held under the supervision of Smt. Pranatee Tripathy, editor of Mrugathrandra. Drama Artist Mr. Bikash Das introduced the guest. Dr. Prajnya Prabartika Dash conducted the meeting. In the second phase, a poetry session coordinated by Mr. Satyaprakash Kar, Smt. Usha Behera and Smt. Pushpanjali Mishra.
Hundreds of poets, including Smt.Brajeswari Singh, Smt.Madhusmita Nayak, Smt. Sandhya Ghadei, Mr.Shivashish Padhi, Harprasad Suar, Ashish Bal are participated in the recital. 

In the final stage, ten talents who have achieved success in various fields were felicitated with certificates of honour and awards. At the end Mr.Sudham Charan Nayak gave a vote of thanks.
